Maduna Property Group is a South African property development and investment group headquartered at 28 Beacon Avenue, Linbro Park AH, Sandton 2196. The group develops and manages retail, residential, commercial and mixed-use properties through Stratum Properties and Stratum Commercial.

Professional Oversight

Company registration, the management of the businesses within the group and the rental apartments across the property portfolio are administered under the oversight of Luthando Maduna & Co Chartered Accountants, who attend to accounting, taxation, HR and payroll, company secretarial and business advisory matters.
